IR Drying Blanket

Problem

Traditional drying methods waste time and energy

Energy waste

Air heaters (1-5 kW) heat the entire room — wasting energy on air instead of the material.

Risk of material damage

Fans and heating mats at 95-115°C can damage wood fibers and organic materials.

Slow drying

Cold environments (winter walls against outdoor air) make conventional drying extremely slow.

Noisy in operation

High noise from fans and dehumidifiers can disturb both residents and the work environment.

THE SOLUTION

How it works

Easy installation, professional results

1

Place the blanket

Place IR Drying Blanket directly on or around the damp material for best possible contact. Secure it with clamps or staples at the marked attachment points.

2

 Connect and start

Plug & play — connect to a standard wall outlet. Built-in thermostat regulates the temperature automatically.

3

Let the heat work

Directed infrared heat dries the material from within — faster and more efficiently than air heaters.

"Overall this is a product we have added to our portfolio. It works as a great complement for faster drying of sensitive organic materials, such as wood. We especially like that you can ‘forma’ IR Drying Blanket and place it close to the material."
