that we respect and protect your privacy and the right to control and
transparency when processing your Personal Data.
It is InfraVivo AB's goal to comply with all
applicable laws and regulations for personal data protection. This privacy
policy explains what kind of information InfraVivo AB collects and why and how InfraVivo
AB processes your personal data. The privacy policy describes how we collect,
use, save, disclose and protect your personal data and it explains your rights
in relation to InfraVivo AB regarding the processing of your personal data.
When you visit our Website, use our services
or shop with us, InfraVivo AB collects your personal data and processes it in
accordance with this privacy policy. Therefore, it is important that you read
and understand the privacy policy before shopping with us or using InfraVivo
AB's services as defined below. We cannot administer your purchase,
subscriptions or other services that you have chosen at InfraVivo AB if we do
not process your personal data that is necessary for the purpose.

this privacy policy, we mean companies that have been approved by InfraVivo AB
and that have entered into an agreement with us to sell and provide their

policy applies only to the Website. InfraVivo AB is not responsible for the

2. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
This privacy policy describes how we collect,
use, save, disclose and protect your personal data. As mentioned above, InfraVivo
AB is the personal data controller for the processing and complies with all
applicable laws and regulations that exist to protect the privacy of private
individuals, including the EU's privacy and electronic communications directive
2002/58/EC and the EU's general data protection regulation 2016/679 and any
amendments to, additions to or regulations replacing, implementing or
supplementing such laws, ordinances, regulations and rules.

2.1 What personal data do we collect and from
where?
2.1.1 Customers, subscribers and competition
participants
On the Website you can buy goods and services
directly from InfraVivo AB.se and/or from InfraVivo AB's Partners who have
chosen to sell their goods and services via the Website. When you buy something
on the Website, you enter into an agreement with InfraVivo AB or with one of InfraVivo
AB's Partners. In order for us to be able to administer your purchases and
fulfill our commitments to you as a customer, it is necessary for us to process
the personal data that you provide or have provided to us.
The personal data that InfraVivo AB collects
and processes may, depending on the context, include:
name and contact information, including address, mobile number and
email address;
delivery and billing information, payment and credit card numbers,
and other information that you provide in connection with the purchase or
delivery of a product or service;

2.2 Why and on what legal basis do we process
your personal data?
2.2.1 Customers and visitors to our
marketplace
InfraVivo AB processes customers' personal
data within the framework of the purposes and with the support of the legal
grounds stated below.
Fulfillment of purchase agreement: We
process your personal data to fulfill your purchase of goods and services,
to deliver these, to complete payment and to give you access to the
Website and the services that InfraVivo AB provides.
Fulfill legal obligation: We
process your personal data to fulfill legal obligations due to legal
requirements, judgments or authority decisions, such as requirements in
the Accounting Act and in the Product Liability Act. This means e.g. that
we save invoice documents according to current accounting rules and
purchase history so that you can claim a purchase.
Legitimate interest:
We have an interest in being able to evaluate, develop and improve
our services and the Website in order to be able to offer our customers
and members the best possible experience and to be able to offer service
on the Website. We therefore process your personal data in order to
provide, implement, develop and improve InfraVivo AB's services for our
customers and for visitors to the marketplace. For this purpose, we
analyze the personal data we collect from our customers (eg age and
purchase history) and sort customers into different segments in order to

do not carry out any analysis of your personal data on an individual

our marketing in order to increase interest in InfraVivo AB's and our
Partners' products and services. We therefore process your purchase
history and your email address to send you relevant offers regarding

However, the above treatments that are based
on InfraVivo AB's legitimate interest are only carried out on the condition
that such legitimate interest outweighs your and others' interest in protecting
personal integrity. You can always object to the above processing (see more

2.2.2 Subscribers
Newsletter subscribers
InfraVivo AB processes your purchase history
and your e-mail address in order to send you HnadlaiEksjö's newsletter with
personalized offers, discount codes and information about relevant campaigns
from InfraVivo AB and our Collaboration Partners. For this purpose, we analyze
your personal data on an aggregated level.
Fulfillment of agreement:If you have chosen to receive a newsletter from us, we process your
personal data in accordance with our newsletter subscription agreement.
Fulfillment of agreement:If you have registered price monitoring on the Website, we process your
personal data with the support of our price monitoring agreement for the goods
and services you registered on the Website.
2.2.3 Members of InfraVivo AB
The purpose of being a member of InfraVivo AB
is that you will receive personal offers, selected general member offers and a
customized shopping experience. This means that we will ensure that you receive
customized notices about price changes, customized news, invitations to
campaigns and events and product recommendations and for this purpose we
process your personal data. We usually communicate with our members via e-mail,
SMS and on the Website, but we may also communicate with you as a member by
letter. Therefore, it is important that you, as a member, keep your personal
information that is entered on My pages up to date. You can log in to My pages
at any time and update your contact information.
InfraVivo AB processes your personal data
within the framework of the purposes and with the support of the legal grounds
stated below.
Fulfillment of membership agreement:
We process your personal data to establish your member account on
My Pages and create your user details, to ensure that you are a private
person and over 18 years of age, to provide you with the possibility to
view your order and purchase history and to manage your settings and
choices. We also need to process your personal data so that you can save
products in the shopping cart and on your wish list.
We process your social security number to update your address
information, to ensure that any documents of value are sent to the right
person and to be able to maintain good customer and register care.
We process your email address and your selections of watched
products and services to inform you of price changes in accordance with
the customized price watches that you have registered for goods and
services in your member account.
We process your purchase history and your email address to send you
newsletters with personalized offers, discount codes and information about
relevant campaigns from InfraVivo AB and our partners. For this purpose,
we also analyze your personal data on an aggregated level.
Personal products: InfraVivo AB provides offers on "Personal
products" in its e-mails that correspond to what appears on the
Website under "You might also like" and "Recommended for
you". For this purpose, we analyze your purchase and click history,
what you put in your shopping cart, age and other choices you have made on
the Website so that InfraVivo AB can offer you relevant products. The
analysis is mainly done on an aggregated level, but can also be done on an
individual level in order to be able to provide even better and
personalized offers created just for you.
Legitimate interest:We
have an interest in being able to evaluate, develop and improve our
services and the Website in order to be able to offer our members the best
possible experience and to be able to offer service on the Website. We
will therefore compile our members' personal data on an aggregated level
in order to be able to develop the Website. Processing based on InfraVivo

2.2.4 Contest participants
InfraVivo AB processes your personal data if
you participate in a competition organized by InfraVivo AB for that
purposes and the legal basis set out below.
Consent:If you have chosen to participate in a
competition, we process your personal data based on your consent in order
to be able to administer the competition, which means selecting winners
and communicating the winnings. We will also check the age of the winner.
You can withdraw your consent to participate in the competition at any
time (see more about this in section 3"Your rights"below).
Legitimate interest:If you
contact InfraVivo AB's customer service with questions or comments
regarding a competition, InfraVivo AB will process your personal data in
order to complete the contact with you.
2.3 Storage of personal data
InfraVivo AB takes all reasonable measures to
ensure that your personal data is processed and stored securely. Your personal
data is never saved longer than is permitted by applicable law or to achieve
the purposes stated above. Your personal data is processed by us during the
time periods below, after which the personal data is deleted.
Customers: If you have purchased an item on our
Website, your personal data (name, social security number, address, phone
number, e-mail and payment and delivery information) provided in
connection with ordering goods and services will be stored for two years
or as long as is required to InfraVivo AB or our collaboration partners
must be able to fulfill the agreement with you. This includes processing
to fulfill delivery or service commitments. This does not apply if we need
to save your personal data any longer due to any of the points below.
Newsletter subscribers:If you
have signed up as a subscriber to InfraVivo AB's newsletter, your personal
data will be saved until you unregister from receiving the newsletter.
Subscribers of price watches on the Website:If you have signed up as a subscriber to price monitoring of goods
and services on the Website, your personal data will be saved for a
maximum of one year if no price changes occur. If there is a price change
within a year, the monitoring will continue to be active and will be
extended by one year at a time from the date the last price change
notification was sent to your registered email address. You can choose to
unsubscribe from price monitoring at any time by clicking on the link
included in the e-mail that goes out with information in the event of a
price change, by logging into your user account on the Website or by
contacting InfraVivo AB: s customer service and notify that you wish to
have your personal data deleted.
Members:If you registered as a member at InfraVivo
AB.se: your personal data is saved until you deregister, but no later than
three years after the last activity if InfraVivo AB does not need the data
for another reason as described below.
Contest participants:If you
have consented to InfraVivo AB processing your personal data in connection
with competition participation, we will save your personal data for as
long as is necessary to administer the competition. When we no longer need
the personal data to administer the competition, it will be deleted. You
can withdraw your consent to participate in the competition at any time by
contacting InfraVivo AB's customer service.
Communication: If
you have contact with InfraVivo AB, for example via e-mail with customer
service, your personal data is stored for as long as is necessary to
complete the contact.
Legal obligation: InfraVivo
AB saves your personal data (contact details, customer club information,
purchase history, payment details and your contacts with customer service)
as long as we are obliged according to the applicable law or authority
decision.
Direct marketing: We
may process your personal data for direct marketing for up to two years
after the end of the customer relationship, provided that you do not
object to such direct marketing before then.
When InfraVivo AB no longer has reason to
process your personal data or if you withdraw your consent, your personal data
will be deleted.
2.4 Transfer of personal data
2.4.1 Customers, subscribers and members
Information about our customers is an
important part of InfraVivo AB's business and we do not sell the information to
anyone else. We only pass on the information in accordance with what is
described below. InfraVivo AB always takes the utmost care when transferring
your personal data.
Collaborative partners:Our
Collaborators get access to your personal data to the extent that it is
necessary for them to be able to fulfill their obligations according to
the purchase towards you or to fulfill their obligations if you have
chosen to use their services through our Website. It is clearly stated
when a Partner is involved in your purchase.
Legal Obligations:We
will share user accounts and personal data when we believe it is necessary
for InfraVivo AB to act in accordance with applicable legislation, to
enforce our terms of use or to protect the rights, property, InfraVivo AB,
our users or others. This includes sharing information with other
companies and organizations for fraud prevention and credit risk

Business Transactions:If all
or parts of InfraVivo AB's operations are sold or integrated with other
operations, your personal data may be disclosed to our advisors, any buyer
and their advisors, and passed on to the new owner of the business.
Cookies and other similar technologies:If you allow cookies and other similar technologies when you visit
our Website and make purchases or are a member of our customer club, the
information we collect about how you use the Website may be collected
using cookies and other similar technologies. If you are a customer, this
information may be used for customer segmentation and for marketing and
advertising on the Website. For the purposes stated above in points
2.2.1–2.2.3, this information is shared with our partners for social

3. Your rights
Right to register extracts (right to access)
You have the right to request information free
of charge about which personal data we have registered about you and how this
is used. If you want such information, you can contact us using the contact
details below. To protect your privacy and your personal data, we may require
you to identify yourself in connection with your request.
Right to rectification
InfraVivo AB wants to ensure that your
personal data is correct and up-to-date. Therefore, you can change your
personal data at any time on My pages if you have registered an account,
otherwise you are welcome to contact our customer service.
Right to erasure
You can request at any time that we delete
personal data concerning you or that we delete your user account on the
Website. InfraVivo AB will then delete the relevant personal data if they are
no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise
processed. InfraVivo AB will also do this when you withdraw your consent to the
processing.
Right to withdraw consent
If processing is based on your consent, you
have the right to withdraw your consent for future processing of your personal
data at any time. If you withdraw your consent, we will stop the processing.
The right to object to certain types of
treatment and the right to restriction
You always have the right to object to
processing of your personal data that is based on a balancing of interests,
i.e. processing supported by InfraVivo AB's legitimate interest, and you also
have the right to object to us processing your personal data to send offers
based on your purchase history (direct marketing). If you object to such
processing, we will cease personal data processing and will only process the
data to establish, assert or defend legal claims, to protect the rights of
someone else or if you have given your consent.
Furthermore, you have the right to demand that
InfraVivo AB limit its processing of personal data in certain cases. If you
believe that the personal data we process is not correct, you can request
limited processing during the time we need to check whether the personal data
is correct. If you have objected to processing based on a balancing of
interests, you can request limited processing for the time we need to check
whether our legitimate interests outweigh your interests in having the data
deleted.
Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory
authority
You can file a complaint with the Swedish
Privacy Protection Authority if you believe that InfraVivo AB's processing of
your personal data is not in accordance with current law.
4. Security
We are keen that your personal data is
processed securely. To prevent unauthorized use or exposure of your personal
data, we use appropriate and reasonable physical, technical and organizational
security measures in relation to the amount and sensitivity of personal data,
to ensure an appropriate level of security.
InfraVivo AB also uses i.a. of Secure Socket
Layer (SSL) which is a protocol for the secure transmission of data via the
Internet. As a customer, you need to check that SSL is not turned off in the
settings of your browser. In order to prevent unauthorized access when
processing your debit or credit card number, one-way encryption is also used.
5. About Cookies
In order to be able to deliver our services
with the highest possible quality, InfraVivo AB uses so-called cookies and
similar technical means of storage on the Website.
When you visit the Website for the first time,
you will be asked if you agree to our use of cookies. This consent is given in
accordance with the Act (2003:389) on electronic communications. You can remove
cookies from your browser at any time and adjust your settings for the use of
cookies.
6. Changes to the Privacy Policy
HandlaiEksjo reserves the right to make
changes to this privacy policy at any time in time to the extent that the
changes are necessary. All changes are published on the Website. You should
therefore review this policy periodically to ensure that you are happy with the
changes. In the event of changes of material importance, we will, however,
notify you via e-mail, if you have notified us of your e-mail address, that
changes have taken place.
If the changes concern such personal data
processing that we carry out based on your consent, we will give you the
opportunity to give your consent again.
