1.1These Terms of Purchase (“The terms of purchase”)
applies to all purchases you make from www.infravivo.se (“The website").
You accept the Purchase Terms in connection with making a purchase on the
Website.

3. Orders

3.1. In order to make a purchase, you need to have the
right to enter into an agreement according to the applicable law. This means
that you need to be at least 16 years old to shop with direct payment for your
own money or at least 18 years old to shop on credit. Once you have completed
your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that we
have received your order. The order confirmation does not mean that a binding
agreement has been entered into. A binding contract is only entered into when
you receive the final delivery confirmation. Before you receive the final
delivery confirmation, your order may be refused.

4. Products and product
information

4.1. Products sold on the Website are posted by
various traders. It is every merchant who provides product descriptions for
their products. InfraVivo therefore requires every trader that the products
match the product descriptions provided. InfraVivo also requires that the
products meet current requirements for, among other things, safety, health and
environment and that the product does not infringe third party intellectual
property rights (e.g. pirated copies) or otherwise violates applicable legislation.

4.2. All images on the Website that show the
appearance of a product cannot be guaranteed to reflect the exact appearance of
the product, for example because the display may affect the color reproduction.

5. Prices and information

5.1. When ordering, the prices specified on the
Website apply. All prices include applicable VAT. Prices do not include any
payment and shipping charges, which are listed separately.

5.2. If the price of or information about a product
listed on the Website is incorrect and you realized or should have realized
this at the time of ordering, the price or information will not apply to the
purchase. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible after we have
discovered the error.

6. Payment

6.1. Together with our payment service provider
Shopify Payments, we offer several different payment options. Depending on
which payment option you choose, in connection with your purchase you will
enter into a separate payment agreement with Shopify Payments. Depending on
which payment option you choose, additional costs may also be incurred.

Fee: In the event of late payment, a statutory reminder fee is payable. Late
payment interest is added. In the event of non-payment, the invoice is handed
over to debt collection.

6.2. The payment options that you can choose from and
the conditions and possible costs that apply are always stated in connection
with your purchase and on our Website. Possible limitations in the payment
options may occur.

8. Shipping and delivery

8.1. It is the individual traders who stock the
products. When ordering, you see which merchant your ordered item comes from.
Your order is sent from the respective trader's own warehouse after we have
confirmed your delivery. If you have ordered products that are sent from
different merchants, the products may be sent to you in different shipments.

8.2. Shipping cost

The shipping cost for Normal mail items is SEK 79, unless a lower shipping
cost is specified in connection with the purchase. The shipping cost for
Unwieldy and/or heavy shipments is a maximum of SEK 199. How big the shipping
fee is is also always shown in connection with your purchase.

8.3. Delivery time

Normal postal items

For Normal postal items, the product is delivered to you within 5 working
days (excluding holidays Monday to Friday) either directly in your mailbox or
to your nearest post office. The estimated delivery date is shown in your order
confirmation and on the product description. The product description also
states whether the products are delivered to a postal agent.

Unwieldy and/or heavy products

For Unwieldy and/or heavy products, the trader who keeps the product in
stock will contact you within five days of receiving the order confirmation so
that you can jointly decide on a delivery date. Delivery takes place within 10
working days (excluding holidays Monday to Friday) from the day you receive the
order confirmation, provided nothing else is stated in the product
advertisement or at checkout. Delivery of Unwieldy and/or heavy products
normally means that you must be physically present and receive the Unwieldy
and/or heavy product at your home address and during daytime.

8.4. Packages not collected

You are responsible for receiving or picking up your delivery in accordance
with what appears in the instructions you receive in connection with the order.
Packages at post offices that are not picked up within the time stated on the
avin will be returned to the merchant's warehouse. In these cases, we have the
right to charge an administrative cost of a maximum of SEK 499, which
corresponds to our costs for handling and shipping in cases where you do not
collect your package from the postman or if you do not receive your delivery in
accordance with the instructions.

8.5. Offers, discount codes and gifts

We may from time to time offer promotions, discount codes, gifts and other
offers ("Offers"). Such Offers are valid only for the time specified
in connection with such Offer and with the conditions specified in connection
with the Offer. Offers cannot be combined with other discounts unless
explicitly stated.

8.6. You need to enter any code or otherwise activate
the current Offer before completing the purchase in order to take part in the
Offer. If you return ordered products, it may mean that you no longer meet the
conditions that apply to the Offer, which may mean that you need to return any
gift or that you need to pay for the value of the gift. In such cases, we will
contact you.

8.7. Otherwise, these Terms of Purchase also apply to
the purchase of products covered by our Offers.

9. Right of withdrawal

9.1. You can return the product for a full refund
within 14 days. According to EU consumer protection legislation, you have the
right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the day you, or a person
acting on your behalf, receives the product. On certain occasions and in
connection with special campaigns, we may extend the time for the right of
withdrawal to 30 days.

9.2. Exceptions for certain products

Certain products are exempt from the right of withdrawal. This means that
you do not have the right to return these products. When the right of
withdrawal does not apply, this is indicated by the product on the Website. The
products that are exempt are:

Products
that have been manufactured according to your instructions or otherwise
given a clear personal touch. This includes, for example, articles with
selected motifs or a special selection of images, which are produced
especially for you.

Products
that, with a broken seal, cannot be conveniently returned due to health or
hygiene reasons and you have broken the seal.

Sealed
audio or video recording or a sealed computer program and you have broken
the seal.

Loose
issue of a newspaper or magazine.

9.3. Depreciation of used products

If you regret a purchase of a product that you have used more than necessary
to determine its nature, characteristics and function, we are entitled to make
a depreciation deduction before making your refund. Such a deduction is made
through a comparison of the value of the product upon return compared to the
original value upon purchase.

9.4. How to regret your purchase

If you want to cancel your purchase, you must notify us within 14 days from
the day you, or a person on your behalf, receives or collects your order. You
can easily complete your return by contacting us via info@infravivo.com

If you have informed us that you want to cancel your purchase, you need to
return the product to us within 14 days. We recommend that you send the product
back in the same packaging that you received it in because you are responsible
for any damage or loss during the return shipping.

9.5. Return shipping

You pay for the return shipping yourself when you cancel your purchase. You
will receive information about the current cost on the return slip when you
visit your nearest post office. For Unwieldy and/or heavy products, the cost of
return shipping is higher. What the cost of the return shipping for these
products is depends on what the product is and how it is to be transported.

9.6. Refund

When you have returned your purchase, we will, through our payment service
provider, make your refund within 30 days from the day you notified us that you
want to cancel your purchase. However, we will not make the refund until we
have received the product back or until you have shown that you sent it to us.

Refunds will be made to you using the same payment method you chose at the time
of purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

10. Complaint

10.1. If there is something wrong with your product,
you have the right to complain about the wrong product in accordance with the
consumer protection legislation in force in the country where you have your
usual place of residence. In Sweden, you have the right to complain about
original defects in the product that arise within three years from the delivery
of the product (responsibility period). You always need to make a complaint
within a reasonable time from when you should have noticed the error. Your right
to complain expires no later than two months after the three-year liability
period has passed.

10.2. If you want to advertise a product, we recommend
that you contact our customer service via our on the Website. You can also
write to us at info@infravivo.com We will then inform
you where to send the product.

10.3. Our postal address for making complaints is
Sallabacken 9, 241 94 Hurva. You can contact us at the address, but it is not
our return address. You cannot therefore send products to this address. You
will receive information about which return address applies to your return when
you contact us.

10.4. Since the return must be sent to the respective
merchant, the merchant for the product in question may contact you for the
correct return address.

10.5. Once the claimed product has been received and
the claim is valid under applicable consumer law, we will reimburse you in
accordance with applicable law. However, we have the right to refuse a
complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty as required by law. If
the complaint is not valid, we have the right to charge a reasonable
administrative fee, which corresponds to our costs for examining the product
and shipping costs.

11. Warranty

11.1. In some cases, the respective traders provide a
guarantee on their products. Information about which products are covered by
the guarantee, what the guarantee covers and where you can go to invoke the
guarantee can be found here as well as from the respective product description
on the Website. You always have the right to demand that the manufacturer
remedy the defect or re-deliver the product in accordance with what applies by
law.

12. Especially for goods
with digital parts

12.1. Some of the products sold on the Website may be
integrated or connected with a digital content or a digital service, e.g. an
app or software. In some cases, special rules apply to this type of product –
if the lack of the digital content or digital service means that the product
cannot be used in the way it was intended. It can e.g. be the case if the
product is intended to be used together with an application or a specific
software.

12.2. If the product contains digital parts or digital
services, you will receive information about this in the product description on
the Website. You gain access or access to the digital content or digital
service at the latest in connection with the delivery of the physical product
to you, unless otherwise expressly stated.

are prevented from fulfilling our obligations under the agreement or these
Terms of Purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the agreement in
accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

15.4. Regardless of what is stated above, any disputes
can also be settled at any competent court in Sweden.
