Long infrared light , often called FIR are thermal and are closer to the microwave area of the electromagnetic spectrum. We therefore feel it as heat. Long infrared heat provides many of the benefits that natural sunlight has without the dangerous effects of UV radiation.
Since the primary source of infrared radiation is thermal radiation, all objects that have a temperature have a certain set of infrared radiation. The warmer the object, the more infrared radiation emits it. Also cold objects such as: A piece of ice will emit some detectable infrared radiation.
When an object is hot but not so hot that it radiates visible light, it will release most of its energy into it. the infrared spectrum. For example, hot coal cannot emit visible light but it emits infrared radiation that we feel as heat. A thermal image shows how the human body radiates some infrared even through layers of clothing.
Humans, at normal body temperature, radiate most in infrared at a wavelength of about 10 microns. (A micron is usually the term used in astronomy for one micrometer or one millionth of a meter.)
Regular exposure with FIR has proven very positive for humans, animals and plants.
The following symptoms were positively affected at exposure to FIR in a large study in Japan:
- Asthma, bronchitis (help).
- Rheumatoid arthritis (7 out of 10 cases resolved in a clinical trial).
- Benign prostate hypertrofi (reduce rad).
- Cancer pain (very relief of later pain).
- Cirrhosis of the liver (reverse).
- Chronic disease (gone).
- Cold hands and feet (a physiotherapist discovered 20\50% improvement
Is maintained.
- Cystit (borta).
- Duodenal ulcers (eliminated);
- Pain in compression fracture.
- Gastrit (linden wheel).
- Hemorrojder (reducerade).
- Hepatitis (borta). High blood pressure (in a diabetic a systolic decrease from a
- 180 to 125 concomitant weight loss).
- Keloids (significantly softened and in some cases completely lost);
- Leg ulcers (healed when they were previously static and resistant to other care). Climate kteriet.
- Pain that prevents sleep or restricts sleeping scaffolds (reduced).
- After surgical conjunctions (reduced).
- Radiation sickness (reduced signs and symptoms).
- Sequels of stroke (Hern pares are relieved over time).
